1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. What can be returned?
A) Defective or Damaged Products – YES
- If your Solar Lily, Mushroom, or any light arrives broken, does not turn on, or stops working within 30 days.
- We cover 100% – We will send a free replacement or full refund. You do not need to return the defective item (photo/video proof required).
B) Non-Defective Products (You changed your mind) – YES
- Product must be unused, in original packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping to our US warehouse:
340 S Lemon Ave #2500, Walnut, CA 91789, USA - Once we receive it, we refund the product price. Shipping cost is not refundable.
3. What cannot be returned?
- Products used outdoors for more than 7 days with dirt/water damage from misuse.
- Products without photo/video proof for defective claims after 30 days.
4. How to start a return?

- Reason for return
- 2-3 photos or a short video of the issue
We reply within 24 hours with instructions.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we approve your request. For free replacements, we ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days) with FREE shipping.
6. Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges for same value products. Contact us to arrange.
